Welcome to the AP Biology Web site for Ms. Foglia's AP Biology course at Division Avenue High School, Levittown (2007-2008). It will be a busy year and I will use this Web site to help you to do the best you can. All paperwork, assigments, labs, and resources used or mentioned in class will be posted here.

AP BIOLOGY ANNOUNCEMENT: Welcome 2009-2010 AP Students! You can download a copy of your Summer Assignment, if you need to. Read the post on "Safe Blogging" at our new AP Biology Blog. Answer the e-mail invitation to become an author on the AP Biology Blog so you can start posting your Biology Scavenger Hunt Collection. Take a look around here at the Explore Biology Web site and become familiar with the resouces available to you. Send me your e-mail Letter of Introduction before July 1, so we get to know each other. It's the Year of the Virus! -- Commemorate it by reading The Hot Zone.

This is a calendar of your daily homework assignments. I will post assigments at the beginning of the week but may modify the homework if classwork requires it. So check early and check often!


Most of my AP lectures are supported by Powerpoint presentations. All of these are posted here as PowerPoint files. You can print them ahead of time or review afterwards. You may need a compression program to unzip some of them, like WinZip (PC) or Stuffit Expander (free for Mac), but most are in the original PPT format.
