Students are given the DNA template and the NTP bases (all on cardstock so they are sturdy), but they must create their own enzymes (DNA polymerase I, DNA polymerase III, SSBs, helicase, primase, ligase) and then they have to model the process for me in class like it's a play with their cutout pieces as the characters.
